Awesome stay and we were lucky to find this place last minute. Hosts were immediately responsive and helped make the reservation possible with as close to arrival as we were. We were cozy warm with the wood stove and plenty of on-site firewood. HVAC heat was great too. There are some great spots to eat and get coffee in the area... just enough choices. We would definitely come again!

This couldn’t have been a better spot to kick off a ski weekend, only wish the stay was longer. The hosts were a breeze to work with and anything we needed for our stay was already planned for. The house checked off every mountain getaway box from the wood burning stove and vaulted ceilings to the expansive deck with great views from the ridgeline. The interior was well appointed, cozy yet bright and airy with lots of windows and it covered all the bases on kitchen supplies and other housewares. The telescope was a fun touch with the views and night sky quality. The bedrooms were all a nice size with bedding and soft goods that were hotel-tier. The upstairs workspace in the loft was great to have too for a few final work needs before the weekend kicked off. I’ll definitely be keeping Moon View A-Frame in mind for future trips out.

We had such a fantastic stay at Moon View A-Frame. The sunrise view from the living room was absolutely beautiful sitting with coffee while the light poured through those expansive windows and lit up the ridgelines was one of the highlights of our trip. The wood-burning stove really made the experience feel authentic and cozy. It pushed out a ton of heat and created that classic mountain-cabin atmosphere you hope for when booking a place like this. Everything felt warm, inviting, and peaceful. The water pressure was also excellent (which is always a pleasant surprise in mountain homes!). The kitchen was well stocked with the supplies we needed, making it easy to cook and relax without having to run out for basics. The cabin feels wonderfully remote and quiet, yet it’s still close to activities and local spots. We grabbed pizza in town one night and it was great — such a fun addition to the weekend.

Beautiful cabin with a stunning view. Great place for a quiet getaway just far enough from the world. Dirt road was easily accessible even with two vehicles not meant for it, but if it snows you'll definitely need all wheel drive. Hosts wer polite and helpful with info about the area as well!
