We had such a fantastic stay at Moon View A-Frame. The sunrise view from the living room was absolutely beautiful sitting with coffee while the light poured through those expansive windows and lit up the ridgelines was one of the highlights of our trip. The wood-burning stove really made the experience feel authentic and cozy. It pushed out a ton of heat and created that classic mountain-cabin atmosphere you hope for when booking a place like this. Everything felt warm, inviting, and peaceful. The water pressure was also excellent (which is always a pleasant surprise in mountain homes!). The kitchen was well stocked with the supplies we needed, making it easy to cook and relax without having to run out for basics. The cabin feels wonderfully remote and quiet, yet it’s still close to activities and local spots. We grabbed pizza in town one night and it was great — such a fun addition to the weekend.

We were looking for a cozy girls weekend away and this was perfect! They were so responsive to questions and great about helpful tips for the stay. Everything was so comfortable; it was a perfect relaxation weekend!

Beautiful cabin with a stunning view. Great place for a quiet getaway just far enough from the world. Dirt road was easily accessible even with two vehicles not meant for it, but if it snows you'll definitely need all wheel drive. Hosts wer polite and helpful with info about the area as well!

I always say it’s not what happens in life, it’s how you respond to it, and Krysta and Tom were a perfect example of that. When we first arrived at the house everything was as it looked in the photos and super easy to find, however we noticed that one of the carpets in the bottom bedroom was soaking wet. I immediately messaged Krysta and Tom and they responded back within minutes. They then called me and had 3 different people stop by the house to attempt to fix it. Realizing it was a pipe burst they contacted their neighbor and offered for half of us to stay at his house and also gave us a great discount on the overall price. They continued to check in with us throughout the weekend to make sure we were comfortable and that all was right with the new situation. The house itself is clean with beautiful views and we loved the hot tub with the view of the lake. We are already planning our next trip here this summer!

Our stay at Krysta and Tom’s cabin was truly unforgettable. From the initial booking through checkout, the communication was fantastic! I planned this weekend to propose to my girlfriend and they were able to give me quite a few recommendations for scenic places. The cabin itself is a picturesque cabin. As soon as you step in you feel right at home and cozy. Everyone in our group absolutely loved our stay. We are already planning a return trip in the summer!

Cozy Cabin Creek was a total joy of a cabin in which to stay in Lost River, WV (Wardensville). The cabin came equipped exactly as prescribed. The sitting areas and fireplaces gave a nice place to read and watch films, catch up on reading during the frigid winter in West Virginia. The grill worked like a charm. The hot tub was already cleaned and warmed up most of the way when we went to use it. The best part were the hosts - they were proactive AND very easy to reach when we needed them. The beds are a bit firm, but nothing out of the ordinary for Airbnb. We wished we used the fire pit more, but we’ll save that for next time!

We had a great stay in Krysta and Tom’s cabin! Perfect location, with beautiful surroundings including a creek. Also conveniently located a 6 minute drive from town which had great local stores. All of the amenities worked well, and we especially enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub! The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this cabin and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week together. The setting was peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings that made it easy to relax and unplug. The nearby stream added to the calm atmosphere. The Wardensville area offers a few good restaurants, fun local shops, and plenty of nearby hiking options. The cabin was clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved ending our evenings in the hot tub and around the fire pit; it felt cozy, private, and perfect for unwinding. The hosts were very attentive, respectful, and helpful, with clear communication and great instructions while still giving us plenty of privacy. Overall, this cabin was exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

We loved this place! This couple really put their heart and soul into creating an amazing 'home away from home'. We took notice to every detail from the cleanliness of the bottom refrigerated drawers to the corners in the bathroom. I mean I really started looking for dust after I noticed that everything was immaculate. Very Private, so enjoyable with the fire we had in the fire pit. Horizon displayed the sunset, majestic! It was so Zenful, they know how to set everything up. No kidding- If felt like a spa everywhere. They pay attention to detail. Hot tub was clean, they had fun extra games like corn-hole, and other kids board games. Everything was so laid out nicely. I like to visit different places because the world is my oyster, but this place was an adventure I will never forget and I WILL GO BACK THERE!! Across there road is a national park with great hiking trails and a beach where they drive in white sand you can sit along the lake. More to tell but review cutting me off
